This Italian Shelving is superior in strength and hygiene qualities making it ideal for medical storage and all food service storage areas including cold rooms, freezers, and areas of high humidity. This ultimate non-corrosive, easy-to-clean, shelving system has pre-assembled aluminium frames and shelf supports with plastic dishwasher-proof shelf panel slats.

These cold room industrial shelving racks' innovative design reduces cost and improves access by using starter and add-on units. The starter unit consists of 4 shelf levels and 2 frames and the add on 4 shelf levels and 1 frame. Corner kits are also available consisting of 2 x Corner Slats and Fixing Brackets which provide seamless 90-degree angled joints with no impact on weight loading capacities.

STARTER AND ADD-ON UNITS - are 1700mm high with 4 Shelf levels (2000 & 2450mm high are available on request). The load-bearing parts are manufactured with high-strength anodized aluminum up to 250kg per shelf and 1000kg per bay UDL. Each cold room shelving unit is fitted with easily removable and dishwasher-proof plastic shelf slats which have been moulded to a high resistance using basic acids and bacterial-proof raw materials.

Shelf slats have a temperature-resistant range of -30c degrees to +90c degrees. They are certified for direct contact with food and have accreditations from NSF and NF. The shelving slats are suitable for cleaning in commercial dishwashers and detergents but not suitable for use in autoclaves. They have an easy-to-clean wipe-down surface and are simple to remove.
